To solve important problems we need to be inclusive of our diverse talent and use the power of our differences to achieve our goals.
At PwC Canada, we are committed to fostering a culture that allows our people to show up authentically, feel equitably supported in their careers and ensure they genuinely belong at PwC. Diverse and inclusive teams are innovative because each member has a distinct point of view and can bring a broad range of ideas to the table. Building trust in society and solving important problems is only possible if PwC Canada reflects the mosaic of the society we live in.

We're incredibly proud to be a founding sponsor of the Onyx Initiative. The Onyx Initiative supports Black students and recent graduates with coaching and online training on important job-hunting skills, including crafting a cover letter and preparing for a job interview. It’ll also connect students with prospective employers, including PwC Canada.
As part of our efforts to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace and society, we’ve partnered with the Black Professionals in Tech Network (BPTN), a network that focuses on breaking down barriers for Black talent in Canada. We’re committed to learning and collaborating with BPTN to help close the systemic gap between Black talent and career opportunities in professional services.
