Transparency Reporting

PwC firms publish Transparency Reports in accordance with the requirements set out by the EU or other local jurisdictions, such as:

  • European statutory audit regulations (Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 537/2014)
  • Australian law (Sections 332 to 332G of the Corporations Act 2001 and Regulation 2M.4A and Part 3 of Schedule 7A in the Corporations Regulations 2001).
  • Korean law (Regulation on External Audit and Accounting, Article 22(2))

These Transparency Reports generally contain information relating to legal structure and ownership, governance structure, internal quality control system, quality assurance, education and independence practices, firm revenue information, partner remuneration and lists of PIE (public interest entity) audit clients.

Refer to the 'EU Member States' and 'Non-EU countries' tabs at right for links to published PwC Member Firm Transparency Reports. For the most up to date Transparency Report, we recommend checking the respective PwC Member Firm's public website. If a PwC Member Firm has issued a Transparency Report in the last 5 years, we have included the latest known version.
