    You are eligible to join our network if you are aged between 16-39 years old and aiming to become a leader, shareholder or board member in your family enterprise.
  • Is there a cost associated with any of the NextGen Networks?
    There is no financial commitment or requirement to join our Network. However, a cost applies for the participation in our NextGen Academies.
  • What’s included as part of joining the Global NextGen Network?
    Access to our unique digital platform which is hosting our community of solvers, i.e. your peers from around the globe, academics, entrepreneurs and PwC specialists. In addition, access to our networking and learning events including our annual NextGen Roundtable.

Our latest Global NextGen Survey titled Today and beyond: The next generation challenges the status quo of family business heard from more than 1,000 next generation members of family businesses across 68 countries and regions. The results provided some great news: how the pandemic has united the generations around a common goal - driving growth to secure the stability of the business and the family. We’ve learned that the next generation is well-equipped with traditional skills, including finance, management and business administration. But leadership today requires new approaches and competencies. Embracing diversity and developing new talents will be essential ingredients if next-generation members are to establish their leadership style, make their mark and build their own legacy.

Investments and deals are a cornerstone of wealth and asset strategy, especially in these times of change. PwC’s Family Office Deals Study underlines that family offices and private investors have been steadily growing in relevance in this space and are competing with institutional investors and private equity houses more and more.
