Oscar Teunissen

Oscar has over 20 years of experience advising on the tax aspects of treasury management, global structuring (including U.S. inbound and outbound tax planning), M&A and risk management. He also advises on deal and transaction structuring and coordinates global tax compliance and filing obligations. Oscar holds a M.S. in Taxation and Economics from the University of Amsterdam and an LL.M. in Tax from the London School of Economics and a U.S. LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He is a member of the Netherlands Tax Bar. Oscar authored articles in various professional publications including the International Tax Review and speaks at conferences and seminars.
